Michael R. Clarke is the Founder and President of Jaeger-Plymouth Advisors, LLC. With over 35 years of legal experience and two decades leading ethics and compliance programs in healthcare and life sciences, he’s a trusted advisor in risk management, regulatory strategy, and employment law. Michael has helped organizations navigate complex challenges, including Corporate Integrity Agreements and Deferred Prosecution Agreements, while fostering ethical, accountable business practices across the pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare sectors.

Prior to founding Jaeger-Plymouth Advisors, Mr. Clarke practiced corporate, civil, and criminal law, including roles as a litigation partner at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP (now Faegre Drinker) and as Assistant Deputy Public Defender in Essex County, NJ. He is licensed in New York and New Jersey and remains active in professional organizations such as The Conference Board, the ABA, the ACC, and the National Bar Association. He holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School, an A.B. from Brown University, is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), and is NACD Directorship Certified (NACD.DC).
